In the unlikely event of the fee change occurring whilst your application by post is on its way to the Consular and Visa Section you may have it returned with a note asking for correct fee. It is therefore, strongly recommended to check the visa fee twice: first on the day you are posting your application to the Embassy and then on the day when your application was due to arrive to the Embassy. This can be done online by going to http://www.uk.belembassy.org/eng/consv/ or ringing  the Consular Section.

            Should you notice that the fee has changed please inform the Consular and Visa Section immediately by phone on 0207 9383677or 0207 938-5984 between 14.00 and 16.00 to confirm that your will be sending an additional postal order to cover the shortage.
